Our present day life style as compared to our ancesters is very easy and comfortable and does not involve much physical movement.

You come out of house you have cars. You enter into office you have elevaters and finishing all our jobs sitting just in front of computers and sitting hours and hours. Then, we come home and sit in front of a TV for hours etc.
