Cancellation Policy

Dear Friend,

When you notify us of your intention to cancel a personal Yoga or meditation class prior to 48 hours of your appointment, there are no cancellation charges. Should you cancel less than 48 hours of your personal yoga class time slot , you will be require to pay charges for the one cancelled class.

The charges are there because when we book our time slot for you, then we do not give that slot to any other client and if you cancel the class for some reason, then for us we cannot utilise that time slot for other client because usually our time slots are booked well in advance.


Should we cancel your personal yoga or meditation class before 72 hours of your personal time slot, you may choose to have your next class as per mutually convenient time slot but no penalty on us.

However, if we cancel class in less than 72 hours of your appointment time slot, you will get one class totally free from our side. However, from our side class can be cancelled only in case if very serious emergency only.
